2 Chronicles 17:9 -- "For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him..."

The word tells us that God shows Himself strong in behalf of those whose hearts are "perfect" toward Him. "Perfect does not mean that we have to do everything just right and live without making a mistake. It means "devoted" -- a heart consecrated, dedicated, loyal and faithful to God.

Who is faithful? The one who spends his time doing what God has called him to do. Or as Jesus put it, --the one who takes up his cross and follows Him. The one who denies His fleshly desires and spends his life on the things God desires him to do by advancing God's Kingdom and bearing fruit that remains through his Christ calling.

Psalms 37:28 -- "For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake His faithful ones."

Revelation 2:10 -- "Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life."

AFFIRMATIONS:
Today I decide to be a faithful and wise servant.

I find out what is stealing my time from the Lord.

I serve His interests instead of my own.

I come to understand my Christ identity and ask, seek, and knock (Matthew 7:7) until I comprehend my Christ calling.

I take of Jesus' thoughts today and begin living from the ascended life in Christ as I live outside myself into the spiritual lives of others.

Now is the time to be faithful!

INTO ACTION:
What has God called me to do?
