Exodus 16:4 - The the Lord said to Moses, "Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a day's portion every day, that I may test them, whether or not they will walk in My instruction."

This is the test of whether we will get up first thing every day and seek fresh "Manna" from heaven. This fresh daily word from heaven will help keep us fresh spiritually regarding the revelation we need to bear fruit that remains through our Christ calling. When we stop gathering it every day, we will start to grow stale and often start to deteriorate.

But we need more than this to actually grow spiritually. Growth requires more than what is needed to just sustain us. We need the fresh manna from God, but we also need the meat of the word.

We will not grow unless we are pursuing more and more depth of understanding of our Christ identity, and more increase in our vision.

1 Corinthians 2:10 - "But we know about these things because God has sent His Spirit to tell us, and His spirit searches out and shows us all of God's deepest secrets."

"God was pleased to reveal His Son IN ME so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles." - Galatians 1:15,16

God reveals Christ IN US so that we might preach Him among the nations -- evangelizing -- DISCIPLING and equipping others for Christian service.   Once we meet Christ, then others can see Christ IN US.  The life we live, we live by Christ IN US.

INTO ACTION:

What are you doing to pursue more depth of understanding of your Christ identity?

Who are you discipling today to help them understand their inheritance in Christ?

Became somewhat disabled this year, and forced to retire as an over the road truck driver. Now trying to find a new  direction for the future. Have been taking free online bible courses from DTS and IBT. I am trying to grow my knowledge and understanding of God's Word. I am trying to prepare for what ever God has planned for me. This my very first day on a "Blog" and don't really know what to expect.

Brother Greg,

Welcome to the ministry website.  You will be receiving the "Daily Meditations and Affirmations" every day in your e-mail as well as some special studies.  Feel free to copy these and share them with others.

As ever in Christ Jesus,

Albert Finch
