EXERCISING THE GOD KIND OF FAITH
Jesus taught His disciples how to change negative circumstances. The Bible tells us that He cursed a fig tree with words and within 24 hours it dried up from its roots (Mark 11:12-14; 20,21).
In verses 22 and 23, Jesus explains how to achieve these kinds of results. In today's language He would probably say, "Have the God-kind of faith. Declare what God's Word says about your circumstances, no matter how great they are, and then expect results."
Mark 11:22-24 - And Jesus answered them, "Have faith in God. Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours."
