DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 12

John 16:8 - " And when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgement."

God knows we will never be perfect. He does not desire perfection due to our own strength for that would be "deserved favor." Grace is undeserved favor. The Lord desires for us to know that He is daily perfecting us through His divine grace.

To believe that "it is up to us and our own ability to become transformed" is to believe that "the finished work at the Cross was not effective". Jesus Himself was perfect and, therefore, we are blessed and empowered to live holy through Him.

AFFIRMATIONS:

After the Holy Spirit convicts me of sin and God declares me righteous, it takes a supernatural work of God to make me comprehend my new condition in Jesus Christ.

This realization is just as supernatural as the moment I recognized I was lost. Only this time, I am being supernaturally awakened to the fact that I am righteous!

Mark 10:51 - "And Jesus said to him, 'What do you want Me to do for you?' And the blind man said to Him, Master, let me receive my sight."'

God is moved by faith, even though Jesus knew what Bartemaeus needed, He was waiting for a specific request and an expression of true faith.

Matthew 7:7,8 - "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find, knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."

Mark 5:6 - "But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him."

MIRACLES DO NOT GO WHERE THEY ARE NEEDED - THEY GO WHERE THEY ARE PURSUED.
