Scripture of the Day - FAITH IN GOD'S PROMISES

Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

All fear is rooted in the notion the God's promises won't come to pass. Fear of poverty is really fear that Philippians 4:19 (concerning God providing all my needs) won't work. Fear of sickness is really the fear that 1 Peter 2:24 (concerning God's promise to heal me) won't work.

Observation:

I KNOW THAT GOD IS MOTIVATED BY MY FAITH AND NOT MY FEARS.

AS I HEAR GOD'S WORD AND RECEIVE IT, FAITH WILL COME.

LIKEWISE IF I LISTEN TO AND RECEIVE SATAN'S WORD'S, FEAR WILL BE AMPLIFIED IN MY LIFE.

SINCE I HAVE A CHOICE - I CHOOSE FAITH!

Scripture of The Day - KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT REVELATION

John 7:18 - "He who speaks on his own does so to gain honor for himself, but he who works for the honor of the one who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him."

THE PRIDE THAT COMES FROM MERE BIBLE KNOWLEDGE IS DIVISIVE. IT CREATES AN APPETITE FOR ONE'S OWN OPINION. THOSE TRAINED WITHOUT A REVELATION THAT TAKES US TO HIM ARE TRAINED TO SPEAK FROM THEMSELVES, FOR THEIR OWN GLORY. THIS DRIVE FOR KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT AN ENCOUNTER WITH GOD WARS AGAINST TRUE RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Scripture of The Day - WOLRDNINESS, LUKEWARMNESS, AND DECEPTION

Revelation 3:15,16 - "I know what you have done; I know that you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were either one or the other! But because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I am going to spit, you out of my mouth."

IN THE MIDST OF WORLDLINESS, LUKEWARMNESS AND OUTRIGHT DECEPTIONS, THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM IS THE MESSAGE JESUS SAID WOULD BE PROCLAIMED IN THE LAST DAYS.

AND IF WE ARE LISTENING TO SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT CENTER US FIRMLY UPON THE PATH INTO GOD'S KINGDOM, IF WE ARE NOT BECOMING LIKE JESUS IN HOLINESS AND POWER, WE ARE BEING MISLED, AND THAT MISLEADING KNOWLEDGE IS AN IDOL.

2 Timothy 3:5 - "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."

Scripture Of The Day -- KEYS GIVEN TO US

"And I will give unto thee the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven." - Mathew 16:19

We recognize that our Lord Jesus Christ is the Ruler over ALL. After He was crucified at Calvary, Christ Jesus took the keys of Hell and death away from the enemy (Revelation 1:18).

We have also been given keys, mighty keys, to unleash the dunamis power and unconditional, matchless love of God in the Person of Jesus Christ, to seek and save the lost to the uttermost and disciple new Christians into their inheritance in Christ.

OUR KEYS: POWER AND AUTHORITY

What are these keys that have been given to us? The Greek word translated key in these Scriptures in Revelation 1:18 and Matthew 16:19 is "kleis," a word used to denote "power and authority." This Greek word is from the root word klei, which literally means to "shut" or to "shut up." We have literally been given the authority to "shut" the doors of access to the devil on earth and to "shut" the mouth of the accuser who tries to convince us of Hell's victory.

Bind up those evil spirits! Rebuke doubt and unbelief! Bind up the evil hordes who oppress, depress, confuse, defeat and discourage! We have been given the keys to loose the will of God on earth.

Our eyes are opened to see our position and authority in Christ!
The distance between Heaven and earth is gone, forever removed by the Father from His side through the sacrifice of His Son, in whom we are made warriors of mercy, love and truth. Placed in Christ in the throne room, by and with the Father, we have been given His authority on earth!

Call forth the heavenly hosts with authority! Step into the light of Christ to follow the Lamb wherever He goes!

Scrpiture Of The Day -- ETERNITY IN MY HEART

Ecclesiastes 3:11 - "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in men's hearts and minds (a devinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can satisfy), yet so that men cannot find out what God has done from the begining to the end."

WE LIVE IN TIME AND SPACE, BUT TIME AND SPACE ARE CONNECTED TO ETERNITY, AND GOD HAS PUT SOMETHING INTO YOUR HEART THAT CALLS THE UNSEEN INTO THE SEEN --THE VISION GOD HAS PUT IN YOUR HEART TO DELIVER IN TIME AND SPACE --THAT IS, ON THE EARTH DURING YOUR LIFETIME SO THAT OTHERS ON EARTH WILL BE ABLE TO SEE A PIECE OF ETERNITY THAT IS IN HIM.

Scripture Of The Day -- ANOINTED WORDS

1 Corinthians 2:4,5 - "And my speech, and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power; that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."

Words, when anointed, become a spiritual vehicle that transports us from one realm to another; or, put another way, the natural word becomes spiritual through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. In John 6:63, Jesus stated the words He spoke to them were both Spirit and life:

"It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life."

Through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, words of scripture attain a spiritual life of their own. The Spirit gives life to the message of the Kingdom which points to the Cross and transports one from the natural into the Spirit realm. At that crossroad, we discover the hope of our CALLING and the immeasurable greatness of His unlimited power toward those who believe.

Scripture of The Day - FRUITFULNESS IN THE KINGDOM

2 Peter 1:5 - "In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God's promises."

The book of Second Peter begins and ends with the exhortation to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus. Peter tells us (2 Peter 1:3-4) that we have already been given everything that God has to give us. It is becoming more intimately connected to Him that will cause us to experience God's CALLING on our life, which is actually the desire of His heart.

There is a company of emerging believers who have committed their lives to intimacy with Him. Their heart is like that of the apostle Paul when he said in Philippians 3:10 AMP, "[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly]..."

The enemy has lied to you and tried to convince you that you are not useful in the Kingdom of God.

It is impossible for you to be unfruitful, because you have been abiding in Him. Your influence is going to increase. You are going to step out in new levels of boldness that will bring demonstrations of the love and power of God into the earth and particularly in the sphere of your influence. Lives will be touched and changed by God working through you! Be encouraged. Continue to draw near to Him as you demonstrate fruitfulness in His Kingdom.

Scripture Of The Day -- GET YOUR HOPES UP

"I have strength for anything through him who gives me power." - Philipppians 4:13 NEB

The world says, "Don't get your hopes up!"
God is all about HOPE and FAITH, and if we don't get our hopes up, we cannot please Him.

"Hope deferred make the heart sick" (Proverbs 13:12). That is why we must encourage one another with words of faith and HOPE!!!

Many times when others share"words of encouragement" they can actually be discouraging. They do not mean to discourage , but their belief of what God will do for us and what we can accomplish through Christ are based on THEIR level of faith.

But believe -- "I can do ALL things through Christ" (Philippians 4:13)KJV -- That means ALL THINGS!!!

Scripture Of The Day - BORN OF THE SPIRIT

"Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14 NIV).

We must live lives of radical holiness, no matter the consequences – but don't confuse holiness with man-made legalism. True holiness is born of the law of the Spirit and produces overflowing life and peace, while religious legalism is born of the letter of the law and produces only barrenness and death. Remember, where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (see 2 Corinthians 3:17).

Invoke David's prayer to ask God to create within you a pure, clean heart (see Psalm 51:6), knowing that God is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness and sin (see 1 John 1:9). He freely gives us the clean heart we desire (see Psalm 51:10).

Lift up your head and rejoice! Reject sin and shame, knowing you have been forgiven. You have been given a fresh start in Christ our righteousness.

Scripture Of The Day - BOLD AS A LION

"The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion" (Proverbs 28:1).

The righteous are bold as a lion. This truth helps to unlock the mystery of our chronic, spiritual weakness and daily struggles to become Christlike.

. What is that mystery?

It is a mystery that the devil, the foe of our soul, knows – and a truth that few Believers understand. If the righteous are bold as a lion, then it follows that purity produces power! What else follows? The corollary truth: If purity produces power, then sin produces weakness.

In light of this truth, what is the devil's strategy? He seeks to sidetrack us into as much contamination as he possibly can to render us powerless in the Kingdom of God. Sin brings shame, and shame produces timidity and fear.

WALKING IN THE FLESH AS CARNAL CHRISTIANS

If we lack power, we lack holiness. We may have received Christ's righteousness imputed to us at our salvation, but we are still walking in the flesh as carnal Christians. A lack of demonstrated power is a testimony to our carnality.

The Word tells us, "As He is, so are we in this world" (1 John 4:17).

IF WE ARE NOT:

Christlike – loving like Christ,
thinking like Christ,
doing the works of Christ, and
walking in our DESTINY like Christ – then we have a sin problem.
