What did the 120 in the upper room have after the falling of the Holy Spirit that they didn't have before?

Answer: Hunger For Souls

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations..." - Matthew 28:19

All the people you are discipling at this time, their souls are in bondage -- otherwise, they would be advancing God's Kingdom and changing the world.
Your job is to free them from that bondage. Obtaining that freedom always involves action.

If you don't have a hunger to make them a world changer you need to look at where your spiritual life is falling short.

If you don't have a hunger for advancing souls in God's Kingdom then you have a hunger for other things that are keeping you in bondage as well as them.

"The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever." - 1 John 2:17

"You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you." - John 15:16

"Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, - Hebrews 12:1
