Ten Power Exhortations - April 23, 2019

"The mature children of God are those who are moved by the impulses of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 8:14 TPT)

When we allow the Holy Spirit to lead our lives, He will always take us to places that require greater risk and faith.
Romans 8:5 (TPT) says, "Those who are motivated by the flesh only pursue what benefits themselves. But those who live by the impulses of the Holy Spirit are motivated to pursue spiritual realities."
When we press past our fears and insecurities, we'll experience and encounter greater realms of glory

When we forget who we are, we can't walk in what is ours. Our inheritance and position in Christ comes from who we are in Him.

Ephesians 3:20,21 --" Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever!"

It is time to live like those who know that HE IS ABLE!

"Go possess the land." (Numbers 13:30).
We need to quit limiting our expectations and "dream big" -- advancement to our DESTINY depends on it.

God may ask us to do something that would exceed what we would ask for or even imagine. He may give us something that is more than we imagined, but we must be willing to hear and obey even when it makes no sense.

As we DISCIPLE others into God's PURPOSE for their lives we set them upon and keep them advancing along a pathway that involves developing a daily lifestyle of Spirit-filled adoration, Spirit-led inquiry and Spirit-inspired confessions of who they are in Christ, who He is in them, and who He is in all the earth.

In Micah (2:13), the king goes through the gate. As God breaks through the gate, we transition and follow Him. A breaker is someone who moves WITH God as God breaks through. Restoration is here, victory is here. God calls upon the faithful priests to join Him, to march forth to prepare the way.

We will not hope something will happen, we know it will, for He has already gone before us, opened the gate, and we are going right through it! Defeat is not an option!

Whenever we share a testimony of what the power of Jesus has done -- any miracle, healing, salvation account -- the Spirit of prophecy is loosed over the people who are hearing it. This means the Spirit of God is actively moving on them to create faith.

"The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." - Revelation 19:10

We must not allow our past but rather OUR NEW IDENTITY and our DESTINY to define us! We are sons and daughters of a great King and His Blood is flowing in our veins. Unless we enter into our eternal identities, we will not become instruments for noble purposes. We will not enter into a holiness from Heaven. We will not be useful to God.

"And you are complete IN HIM who is the head of all principality and power." (Colossians 2:10)

John 20:17 - "He said to him the third time, 'Simon, son of Johah, do you love Me?' Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time...Jesus said to him. "Feed My sheep."
"We understand what love is when we realize that Christ gave His life for us. That means we must give our lives for other believers." - 1John 3:16

To walk UPRIGHTLY is to obediently follow Jesus' written and spoken word. A righteous walk is determined by how much of the glory of God is being manifested in our union with Christ.

Are we becoming the reflection of His image and God's representation on earth -- walking as one with Jesus -- even to DISCIPLING others who are new in Christ?

AFFIRMATIONS:

God is asking me to bring Him His Word, to plead my covenant rights. I do not pray to God in ignorance but as a partner in His purposes.

The Holy Spirit works mightily in me, giving me all the power I need to resist every assault the devil tries to bring against me.

I confess that I walk in forgiveness! Offense, bitterness, strife, and unforgiveness have no place in my life. I am full of mercy, longsuffering, and slow to anger.

'You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall view established for you; and the light of God's favor shall shine upon your ways. - Job 22:28 AMP'
Like our Father in Heaven, we have the authority to speak Throne Room decrees by the words of our mouths. Jesus said we could have what we say (see Mark 11:23). In the letter to the Hebrews (see Hebrews 10:23), we are encouraged to hold fast our confession.
Once we have released our faith in the command of faith or the prayer of faith, we must continue to believe God is working regardless of any visible change. One of the ways we can do this is to continue to remind God of what we are believing for by praising and thanking Him for what we trust He is doing in the unseen realm.

We continue to grow from glory to glory in His wisdom, stature, and favor as we access His PURPOSE for our lives.

The shield of faith is our truth and our buckler. It's the truth of the Word of God, and it's given to every believer to quench the fiery darts of the wicked one (Eph. 6:6). But it has to be used. We are to be doers of God's Word. When we act, the shield moves when we do, even if we don't feel it.

1. We don't have the Sword of the Spirit until the Word has been made real to our spirit.

2. We don't have the Shield of Faith until we walk in that faith of who God says we are in Christ.

3. We don't have the Shoes of Peace until we get into the presence of God.

4. We don't have the Helmet of Salvation until we have a revelation of Christ's finished work on the cross.

5. We don't have the Breastplate of Righteousness until we start thinking like God thinks.

6. We don't have the Belt of Truth until the Holy Spirit leads us into the truth of the fullness of the reality of God.
