Ten Power Exhortations - January 20, 2019

"Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen." - Hebrews 11:1

Faith must be a definite and specific request for the things asked for. It is not to be vague, indefinite, shadowy thing; it must be something more than an abstract belief in God's willingness to do for us.

He creates in you the desire to find Him and run after Him - to follow wherever He leads you, and to press peacefully against His heart.

"He who loves Me.....I will love him and manifest Myself to him." - John 14:21

He promised that they would see Him again. This is clearly not merely a promise that they would see Him in heaven, because that was a given. Jesus has given us these promises explicitly that we might seek Him with abandon, confident that He will be found by those who love Him and seek Him with all their hearts.

For an authentic move of God to emerge from our lives, there must be an underlying hunger for God and willingness on our part to sacrifice our own purposes to give ourselves for His purposes.

"But he who is united with the Lord becomes one spirit with Him." - 1 Corinthians 6:17

God's will for us it to "pray without ceasing." He did not say "accept the difficulties." He said to pray, continue to rejoice, and remain vocally thankful. As you do, your circumstances will be established in victory!

"For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power...." (1 Thessalonians 1:5).
"And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power" (1 Corinthians 2:4).
If we are living in the high CALLING of God's PURPOSE for our life, it doesn't matter what the natural world says. It doesn't matter what we feel. It doesn't matter what we see. It doesn't matter what we think. We are living by another set of rules. We are living by a superior order. We are in the realm of God. We are in the activity of God. So we need to begin to BELIEVE that.

A "positional" relationship to Christ that does not transform one's life is the greatest possible denial of Christ's words.

Believing for a MANIFESTATION of God's Kingdom in our lives and walking in a Kingdom MINDSET is vital. Why? Because we were created on purpose for this purpose! We are body and we are spirit; we are born from above.
Jesus told Nicodemus that no one could see the Kingdom of God unless that person is born again or born from above. Jesus said, "I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the Kingdom of God" (John 3:3).

God's desire is for all His children to possess a spiritual mind and He has given us the capacity through the indwelling Holy Spirit (Nehemiah 9:20). What Jesus said to His disciples applies also to us: "Blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear" (Matthew 13:16).

Do you want to cultivate your spiritual mind? Then immerse yourself in God's Word (Psalm 119:9). Pray for revelation and ask the Spirit of God to open your eyes to behold awesome things from heavenly realms (2 Kings 6:17). There is nothing wrong with intellectual knowledge and pursuit. God gave us our mind and expects us to use it. However, we should never depend upon mere human intellectual wisdom to advance us in the realm of the Holy Spirit (John 16:13).

A non-confrontational attitude is not the role and the responsibility of God's end-time warriors! We must awaken. Now is the time to find God's PURPOSE for your life and the CALLING you were destined to fulfill.

"Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you." - Matthew 7:7 AMP

What action steps can you begin, right now, to move toward reaching your vision and destiny in Christ?
"The most important thing is that I complete my mission, the work that the Lord Jesus gave me." - Acts 20:24
