Ten Power Exhortations - January 30, 2019

John 17:16,17 - "They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth."

Life, as we perceive it, is based upon whatever network of thoughts and opinions we are currently allowing to govern our souls.
On the other hand, God defines reality as the "truth" found in His Word.

For us to travel from our world into the reality of God, we must view Jesus' words as doors through which we enter God's eternal Kingdom.
In the combined meaning of all Jesus taught, we find the reality of the Kingdom of God. Victory comes when we line ourselves up to the reality of God's life.

The reason there is a lack of sense of victory is because we are too far away from Jesus. Our souls have descended. They are not in the high place where Christ is. Let our souls ascend, and when they ascend into the realm of Christ, we will have a new note - it will be the note of victory.

Paul said, "I have given up everything, that I might obtain that for which I was called to do, that I fulfill the ministry (purpose) on my life..." - (Philippians 3:7-8)
We occasionally experience valleys and dry places (Psalm 23:4), but He leads us to victory and fruit (John 15:16).
Get on the path He called you to and stay faithful. Even with reservation and doubt from others -- the vision He has given you will come to pass -- you must not quit -- It is His responsibility to bring it to pass.

John 15:7 - "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you."

Jesus walked in union with His Father. We too must do the same with Him.
We only have true spiritual authority to the degree that we are abiding in Him. The angels do not respect us and the demons do not obey us because of who we are, but because of who is in us.

As we experience and express the SPIRITUAL LIFE AND MINISTRY that the Lord desires for us, we are changed, since now His life is flowing through us.

The enemy has lied to you and tried to convince you that you are not useful in the Kingdom of God.

It is impossible for you to be unfruitful, because you have been abiding in Him. Your influence is going to increase. You are going to step out in new levels of boldness that will bring demonstrations of the love and power of God into the earth and particularly in the sphere of your influence. Lives will be touched and changed by God working through you! Be encouraged. Continue to draw near to Him as you demonstrate fruitfulness in His Kingdom.

"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them." - Ephesians 2:10

We can change the spiritual atmosphere around us by loving, blessing, and being an encouragement everywhere we go.
The fun part of focusing on blessing people is that, if you do these things regularly, the principle of sowing and reaping will eventually kick in. Your life will be overflowing with many of the good things that you gave out to others, to the point that you cannot help but change the world around you.

Revelation 4:6 - "And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal."

The source of God's Peace is God Himself. The glass sea is a symbol: there are no ripples, no waves, no anxieties troubling God. The Lord is never worried never in a hurry nor without an answer. The sea around Him is perfectly still and totally calm. All our victories flow out from being seated here with Him.

A dividing of the soul and spirit (Hebrews 4:12) is exceeding essential, since it concerns spiritual growth. Why? Because a Christian cannot seek that which is spiritual if he does not even know the distinctions between what is of the spirit and what is of the soul.

Battles are a lot more fun when you know that you can't lose! That's the truth that we need to seize and walk in. Then we will truly exult and glory during tribulations in expectation of the great victories we will experience.

"But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumph...." - 2 Corinthians 2:14

We need to live in relationship with Jesus at increasingly deeper levels so the world can see our royal priestly lives and want to know Him through our representation of Him.
It is good to inquire of the Lord. If something is bothering you, ask the Lord why. Then listen to what He says. He abides within you. He will show you.

"One thing have I asked of the Lord.........and to inquire in His temple." - Psalm 27:4

Jesus said to Peter -- "Feed My sheep." You have to be the nourishment for other souls until they learn to feed on God. We owe it to God to be our best for His lambs and His sheep as well as for Himself (DISCIPLESHIP).

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations"... - Matthew 28:19
