Yes! Without God helping us - we are just acting in our own strength! And our strength is not supernatural - only God's strength is supernatural! That is why we need to always put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6) each day, to help keep ourselves spiritually strong and doing God's will for our lives in daily life!
