Jesus Himself called on God as, "Abba Father," as He faced the Cross. He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible for You" (Mark 14:36). Whatever burden you are bearing, calling out to Abba Father is calling out for the impossible to become possible.

 Many Christians muddy along, hoping for nothing loftier than a short reprieve from sin and self-condemnation. Should the lowliness of our limited expectation have veto power over the enormity of God's promises?

To walk in overcoming victory we need a spiritual "brainwashing" to repent of "ungodly thinking." Our minds need to be thoroughly cleansed of the lies and filth of the world so we can put on the mind of Christ, learning to think as He thinks and to see as He sees.
