STANDING AT THE THRESHOLD OF GOD'S GLORY

"I know what you have done;  I know that you are neither cold nor hot.  How I wish you were either one or the other!  But because you are barely warm, neither hot nor cold, I am going to spit you out of my mouth!...Buy also some medicine (from Me) to put on your eyes, so that you may see." - Revelation 3:15,18 TEV

The religious spirit is so closely akin to the Holy Spirit, the Lord announced, it would deceive the very elect if possible (Matthew 24:24).  Nevertheless there are believers today who are coming out of complacency or rigid religious formality into their divine DESTINY.  They reject the "lukewarm" Laodicean spirit that has so subtly deceived other countless believers and seek and pursue God's purpose for their life.

Our adversary has worked diligently to release the "spirit of stupor" over the Church.

A personal encounter with the Lord delivers us from gloom and stupor by allowing hope to permeate our hearts with visions of DESTINY

Resurrection is becoming more than a doctrine, it is becoming a way of life. As the consumer-driven culture is losing hope in "things" and asking if there is not more to life than this, a renewed company of the elect are  RISING OUT OF DEAD THINGS and pressing to the mark of the prize of their high calling (Philippians 3:13,14).

SPIRITUAL DISORDER

In 2023 there is a call for the Church to relinquish their personal agendas and programs to embrace an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit.

We create spiritual disorder when we insist upon our own plans and agendas and fail to embrace His.  Grace is being offered to relinquish that mindset along with the wonderful occasion to discover and advance in His CALLING on our life.

"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:  if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me." - Revelation 3:20

We endeavor to lay aside every encumbrance and entanglement that has hindered us in the past and motivate us to move on to God's high CALLING.

"For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, the door will be opened."  Matthew 7:8 AMP

PRESSING IN FOR BREAKTHROUGH

We can control the PASSION and INTENSITY with which we live our lives. To get the fruitful life that God has purposed for us, we must go out on a limb away from the ordinary and complacent.

One of the most crucial areas in which believers fall short in is PRESSING into God.  Many pray briefly about decisions, then merely do what seems like common sense, not acquiring the mind of the Lord at all. But God must be sought.

If we are "in Christ", we are moving with the most pressing speed, for we are "in" the most dynamic man who ever walked the earth. When He says to us, "Follow me", He is inviting us to a high-speed chase down the roads of our life. On that chase there is no rest except eternal rest and no security except eternal security.

Beware lest your sense of unworthiness becomes a smoke screen for unbelief!  Even now, the Holy Spirit is descending, hovering, and brooding over you. Shake yourself from the depression in which circumstances have kept you! You are standing at the threshold of God's glory!

Expect God to move you out of the confines and limitations of what you have experienced in the past.

Expect advancement from strength to strength!

Expect to go from glory to glory as God opens impossible doors for the advancement of His kingdom and His glory.
