1. Lack of vision – because of our lack of vision God cannot work through us.

Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Mark 7:13 thus invalidating the word of God by your tradition which you have handed down; and you do many things such as that.

Hebrews 6:12 We do not want to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.

3. Fear of stepping out into the unknown beyond yourself i.e. believing God for something that requires a miracle.

Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works within us,

4. Fear of rejection or persecution.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

5. Fear of success.

Joshua 1:8 Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything that is written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you", declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
