Prayer Fuel...Looking Back...Looking Ahead!

As we approach our trip to India I sat down with Michael and watched videos we had taken while in India. The more we watched the more I wanted to watch…and that is what we did! We watched videos for almost 2 hours!

My heart was like putty, OK; the tears were flowing as I revisited memories from India. I would like to take you on a short journey or two in the next few weeks. It will be a journey into the past that will become fuel for our journey tomorrow!

LIFE'S GREATEST PRIVILEGE.

The Bible says, " Jesus and the people He makes holy all belong to the same family. That's why He isn't ashamed to call them His brothers and sisters." Let  that amazing truth sink in. You are part of God's family, and Jesus makes you holy, God is proud of you. The words of Jesus is unmistakable; " JESUS" pointed to His disciples and said, " There are my mother and brothers. Anyone who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brothers and sisters and mother." Being included in…

Friendship with God.

God wants to be your friend and your relationship to God has many different aspects; God is your creator and Maker, Lord and Master, Judge, Redeemer, Father, Savior, and much more. But the most shocking truth is this ; Almighty God yearns to be your Friend! But we knew that being a human nature we failure to make good relation with God because of our sinful nature that is came from our " ADAM" the first man and Father  of mankind. In Eden we see God's ideal relationship with Adam and Eve and…

Worship That Pleases God.

God doesn't want a part of our life but He asks for all our heat, with all our soul, all our mind, and all our strength. God is not interested in halfhearted commitment, partial obedince, and the leftover of our time and money. He wants our full devotion, not little bits of our life. He desire that our style of worship must be based on the truth of Scripture, not our opinions about Lord God. Lord Jesus taught to the Samaritan woman, how is true and living God and how to do His worship, " God…

Common mistake

The most common mistake Christians make in worship taday is seeking an experience rather than seeking God. They look for a feeling, and if it happens, they conclude that they have worshiped. Wrong! In fact, God often removes our feelings so we won't depend on them. Seeking a feeling, even the feeling of closenness to Christ, is not worship.

The 7-Fold Promise in the Abrahamic Covenant

"You shall be the father of many nations": This speaks of CREATIVE ABILITY. The ability to create multiple lasting enterprises. This is applied creative ability and those that acknowledge they have that gift can change the world.

"Your name shall be Abraham": This speaks of greatly ENLARGED VISION. By changing Abram's name which meant "high, exalted father" to Abraham, meaning "father of a multitude", God greatly…

CHRIST'S VIRTUE AND POWER CAME FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT, NOT A RELIGIOUS SPIRIT. FOR IT WAS THE FRUIT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT THE FATHER CROWNED WITH POWER - LOVE HEALED BROKEN BODIES - PEACE DROVE OUT TORMENTING SPIRITS - JOY RELEASED CAPTIVES FROM…
